I buy mine from a little online shop called www.purearganoil.co.uk they supply worldwide as well!

Thanks,

Re: How to Curl Your Hair with a Hair Straightener

who knew! I seriously never realized you could curl hair with a straightener! Think I'm going to go give it a try now :)

Re: Hair Straighteners For Thick Hair

Oh, now I know what I need to get... a quality straightener that's 2 inches wide instead of the 1 1/2" one I've tried to use. Hopefully that'll help me, because I have such a hard time with straightening my hair, loving all the tips on the site here.

Re: How to Keep Your Hair Straight

I love these tips especially since they can be done w/o using chemical funk...which I hate.

Re: Tips on Straightening Your Hair

One of these days I'll master straightening my hair...it just seems nearly impossible because of the length yet I've seen others do it so surely I can do it too with these tips.

Re: Tips for a Great Healthy Hair

all excellent tips...I need to work on the "trim off those dead ends!" one myself.

Re: 6 Hair Straighteners Under $50

I never paid less than fifty dollars for any of the hair straighteners I have used in the past, and the last one I had just died on me, so I'm looking for a new one and came across this page, and will definitely read up on all of them, as money is tight for me right now and getting a good or at least decent hair straightener for under fifty dollars would be really good right now, for both my hair and budget.

It looks like Amazon has amazing deals on ones I would pay a lot more for in store or at a salon, the pink Corioliss Pro Fix Flat Iron is the front runner right now, and not just because it's pink, but also because of the reviews, it seem to far surpass a hair straightener that only costs forty dollars. I even saw the same one in store for over a hundred dollars well shopping this past week.

Re: Hair Care Products to Use with Hair Straighteners

Thanks for the recommendations, I've been trying to nail down the right combo of products for my hair needs. I have used the "It's a 10 miracle leave in product" before and it was okay, not the best, but a good option for the price.

I'm a big fan of all the Tresemme products including the thermal creations heat tammer protective spray you feature above. I tend to keep buying Tresemme products, even if they are pricier, I know the quality is higher and they are more likely to work the way I want them too.

I never tried the Mandom Gatsby Moving Rubber Spyky Edge, but maybe I could give it a shot as it looks like something that could work for my situation. The key is finding the right combination without breaking the bank, sometimes that's easier said than done, thanks for the suggestions, I'll give the ones I didn't try a shot for sure.

Re: Tips for a Great Healthy Hair

try this post with hair products recommendation that might help you
http://hairstraighteners.or...

Re: How to Keep Your Hair Straight

I have always had short air, I would just shave my head every couple months and let it grow out in between, never putting too much thought into it, but lately I've really wanted to try and let it grow, which I have done.

Now my hair is a mess, it's like a simile curly thing going on, and I've tried to straighten it so many times and it just seems to look horrible. Either I'm doing something wrong, or using the wrong products I don't know.

I'm going to give your steps a try to hopefully get it done this time, should I wait a certain amount of time before I give this a shot since I have been putting all kinds of random hair products in my hair, or does that not matter? I'm willing to pay for premium products to get my hair straight and looking nice, I'm really curious to see how I will look.

Re: Tips for a Great Healthy Hair

Thanks for these great tips, my hair has been pretty dry of late, and I really need to get a handle on it. I already make sure I choose my shampoo and brushes carefully, but maybe I will invent in an ionic dryer as this isn't the first time I'm told it can make a big difference.

What do I do about the dry ends that go up higher than I want to cut, is there any way that I can salvage them without having to cut my hair shorter than I would like. I've tried so many products, and I think that is part of the problem, I keep changing, is that possible? Can changing products too often cause problems for your hair, or is it just a question of bad versus good hair products?

Any help would be more than appreciated as I have been looking at keeping my longer hair now that is has grown out.
